On a piano, they are same key.
However, if you’re in, for example, D Major, that has #s in the key signature, and one of them is F#, so it’s F#
If you’re in Db Major, that has Flats in the key signature, and one of them is Gb, so it’s Gb

They are the same thing.. it just depends on the key of the song.
